We are pleased to announce that we are celebrating 15 Years of Business in 2016!
A Message from our CEO:
As we celebrate 15 years in business, I am so proud of what The Leader’s Edge/Leaders By Design has accomplished as a firm. I would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the years: clients, coaches and coachees, colleagues and friends. At the time of our founding, we were focused on helping women leaders advance their careers and build the skills needed to take on greater responsibilities in their companies. After merging with Leaders By Design we evolved the business model to help both male and female leaders gain critical leadership skills and we expanded our coaching services from the C-suite and Senior Executives to also helping high-performers at the Director and Manager levels and emerging leaders, in achieving their developmental goals.
Through our executive coaching, leadership development programming and consulting services we have had the pleasure of working with over 3,000 leaders and building a reputation as a firm that provides high quality services with a customized approach for each client and project. This is an incredible accomplishment that serves as my motivation to continue to grow our services and work for parity in the board room and in the senior ranks of this country’s companies and professional firms.
As we move forward, we at The Leader’s Edge/Leaders By Design are even more committed to our mission of helping to build the leadership skills of talented men and women in the workforce. Engaging with global Fortune 500 companies, large and mid-size firms and non-profit organizations to share our expertise and build both successful leaders for the future while closing the retention gap has been a fulfilling experience for us as well as those we coach. Our emphasis on quality and cutting-edge leadership solutions will continue to be at the core of The Leader’s Edge/Leaders By Design in 2016 and beyond!
