We support the professional development of women at all levels: emerging leaders, high-potentials, and senior executives. Several of our original research studies have focused on issues and challenges facing women in business. For more than 10 years, our Women on Board™ program has helped senior-level women obtain the paying board seats that are so often dominated by men. Furthermore, we have a unique understanding of the impact of gender on leadership, and weave that into the development and coaching processes of all our executives, both male and female.
Our coaching of women is unique in that we have created a dedicated protocol that combines assessment, skills-building, and individual coaching to enhance the leadership of female executives. We have undertaken original research on effective and non-effective behaviors and leadership styles of women in the workplace that is used as the foundation for these programs.
