Our coaching of women is unique in that we have created a dedicated protocol that combines assessment, skills-building, and individual coaching to enhance the leadership of female executives. We have undertaken original research on effective behaviors and leadership styles of women in the workplace that is used as the foundation for these programs.

We also bring several leadership development programs inhouse for clients that recognize their high-performing women and want to help them move to the next level in company leadership.

We are a certified women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

With women still holding too few of senior leadership positions in the Fortune 500, our goal is to help them take on greater roles within their organizations and to thrive in the top tier of leadership.
