Jacqueline Feild is a Senior Consultant at The Leader’s Edge who brings significant corporate experience to her coaching work with the company. As a highly accomplished and award-winning global technology executive, Jacqueline excels at partnering with clients to increase their performance as leaders and their impact on the business.

Jacqueline leverages her 25+ years of executive and senior global leadership experience into her coaching process with leaders at all levels. She is a trusted partner who thrives on collaborating with leaders to evoke personal and professional transformation. With her background in corporate and global roles, she is a valued sounding board for gaining clarity on one’s vision, addressing professional challenges, or targeting a specific area of development for career growth.

Prior to joining The Leader’s Edge Jacqueline was the Vice President of Global Technology at Manulife/John Hancock. Before that she served in leadership roles at Vanguard, including CIO Asia Pacific, based in Australia and VP of Technology in the United States.

Jacqueline is also an instructor at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and provides coaching and consulting services. She is currently pursuing her ACC credentials at Columbia University’s Executive Coaching Certification Program.

With her background in executive technology leadership Jacqueline is uniquely positioned to coach, develop, and mentor professionals across the globe.  She partners with clients to evoke transformation for a common goal: reaching one’s full potential.  She is focused on evidence-based methods, growth mindset, conflict navigation, effective communication, values declaration, and critical leadership skill strengthening in highly complex, transformative, global organizations.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University, an MBA from Drexel University, and a Master of Science degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.
