Trust is a central issue for any team, so our process focuses on increasing cooperation and trust within a high-performing and influential team. The process emphasizes self-disclosure, sharing, understanding differences, trust building and working together.
The major components of this process include:
- Utilization of a team assessment tool
- Feedback of team assessment results
- Facilitation of a leadership and team development workshop
- Debrief with team leader to share recommendations
