The Leader's Edge consulting work has provided much needed organizational clarity so that our team can effectively execute operational and strategic initiatives. Kristin and Yasmeen planned a full day with our team to explain the different personalities of our members and our preferred ways of interacting with each other. At the same time, we were challenged to recognize that sometimes our preferences need to be curbed so our fuller selves are stretched to new ways of interacting. Our staff is in a better position to make quality daily decisions based on a deeper understanding of our organizational structure, strategy, goals, mission, and priorities.
