Steve Bowling is a Senior Consultant at The Leader's Edge and brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing, hospitality, and financial services. He focuses on executive coaching, team building, organizational development, new leader integration, and talent strategy. Steve is passionate about enhancing the capabilities of individuals, teams, and organizations to foster ongoing performance improvement.
Before joining The Leader's Edge, Steve held senior roles on leadership teams in organizations with sizes ranging from 250 to over 50,000 employees. His career has spanned both Europe and the USA, where he has taken on global responsibilities.
Steve earned his MBA from The Open University Business School in the UK and his MCIPD from the Institute of Personnel & Development in London, UK. Steve is also accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
He holds certifications in numerous leadership development tools including: Leadership Circle Profile, MBTI/TKI, Team Management Systems (TMP & QO2) and Career & Leadership Architect.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys traveling and has explored 100 countries, sampling various foods and wines. An enthusiastic sports fan, Steve has played sports at a competitive level and applies this experience to help others achieve high performance, both individually and in teams.
