Dominique SanGiovanni

Dominique SanGiovanni is Vice President, Digital at The Leader’s Edge. As a part of the leadership team, Dominique focuses on the firm’s digital strategy and the integration of technology to enhance the client experience.

Dominique leads the strategy, development, and delivery of digital content, collaborates with top talent on thought leadership, and manages employee advocacy and engagement programs. She also leads the implementation of new technologies to improve operations and client services.

Previously, Dominique led the project management teams for several leadership development programs including EXCEL for emerging women leaders, the Multicultural Engagement Program, Leading Up for high-performing women, and the talent assessment process for high-potential leaders.

As a passionate advocate for shelter animals, Dominique volunteered and served on the Board of the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter from 2018-2020. During her time at the nonprofit, Dominique co-founded and co-chaired the Marketing and Communications Committee.

Dominique is a Founding Member of The POWER of Professional Women, an EMPOWER-U Mentoring Circle Alumna, and a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

A former member of the Marcia Hyland Dance Company, Dominique continues to pursue her love for dance by taking recreational classes in various styles. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, walking to local lakes, and spending time with her two dogs.
