Kristin Lytle

Kristin Lytle is the Owner and CEO of The Leader’s Edge. Her mission is to help companies and individuals to stop wasting potential. Before taking ownership of the company in 2024, Kristin purposefully pursued business ownership with the intention to help a larger number of organizations gain the ability to effectively execute on their strategies without being impacted by a lack of readiness in their talent.

Kristin’s 20 plus years of practical experience collaborating with organizations globally reinforces her belief that the success or failure of any company is fundamentally linked to the caliber of its leadership. Kristin is committed to assisting managers and leaders in discovering effective strategies to mitigate the challenges, anxieties, frustrations, and political turmoil that arise in the absence of strong leadership.

Kristin is an experienced executive coach, dynamic presenter, skilled facilitator, and respected thought leader. She has been featured in Fast Company, SUCCESS Magazine, iHeartRadio's CEOs You Should Know and is a 6x LinkedIn Community Top Voice. She was a keynote speaker at the Haverford Speaker Series, RecruitPhilly, CMAA and more. She holds a BS degree in International Business and Marketing with a minor in French and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, both from Marquette University.

Kristin is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors for The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and as a Board Member for the Committee of Seventy. She is a current member of The Forum of Executive Women and has been a Mentor with the American Corporate Partners (ACP) for nearly a decade. She possesses a variety of certifications including Center for Creative Leadership Assessment Suite, PROSCI Change Management Certificate, the EQI 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment, the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, and Insights Discovery. She is currently concluding her PCC certification with the International Coaching Federation.

Over the span of her career, Kristin has held senior leadership roles within top organizations such as Vanguard, Kohler Company, Whirlpool, and Target in the areas of talent assessment, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, business operations and human resources. She has a proven track-record for developing scalable and sustainable talent solutions that align with business priorities while enabling leaders to unlock their full potential.
