Lauren Harting

Lauren Harting is a Client Relations Project Manager at The Leader’s Edge. Lauren provides project management, communications, and administrative support, including managing logistics, long-term planning, and attending to timelines and details of client programs and internal meetings.

Prior to joining The Leader’s Edge, Lauren worked as a Client Services Manager in the healthcare field. She managed relationships with clients in the Midwest and assisted in building programs and initiatives to help them achieve their goals.

Lauren earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2005. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources, Training/Coaching, Healthcare, Client Services, and Project Management.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, cooking, and going on new adventures with her husband and 5 children.
