Robyn is the Vice President, Research & Workplace Trends at The Leader's Edge in charge of analyzing the evolving dynamics in the workplace to ensure the firm’s programming is on the cutting edge. With her background in research, Robyn has a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and organizational strategies to elevate leadership practices.

Robyn is also an engaging facilitator and executive coach who resides in the greater Chicagoland area. Robyn's strengths include helping individuals in identifying the intersection of strategy and implementation, developing flexibility and change-ready skills, creating strategic leadership plans, and recognizing unique cultures across the global workforce.

Over the course of her career Robyn has worked for both larger firms such as Deloitte and Willis Towers Watson as well as smaller boutique firms that specialize in global human resources consulting. As a corporate HR leader Robyn served as the strategic leader of compensation outside of the US before shifting into a talent leadership role focused on change management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and global leadership development for Kohler Company. Prior to this role she served as a senior global human resources leader for Jones Lang LaSalle leading the organization’s employee engagement and global mobility programs.

Robyn's areas of focus as a consultant include optimizing executive behavior, developing change transformation and people strategies, leadership development, establishing cultures of inclusion, and implementing success metrics.

Robyn holds a PhD in International Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a specialization in organizations and systems. Robyn is able to apply the practical knowledge she has obtained from her corporate career to her research and work with organizations that focus on human rights and supporting vulnerable youth populations.

Currently Robyn serves as the Chair Emeritus on the board for the Arts & Business Council of Chicago, where she has been a board member in increasing leadership positions since 2013. She also serves as a writing coach and career mentor for the Posse Foundation, an organization that identifies, recruits and trains high school and college students with high potential and diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Robyn holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a certified assessor of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
