Dominique SanGiovanni

Dominique SanGiovanni is Vice President, Digital at The Leader's Edge. As a part of the leadership team, Dominique leads the strategy, development, and delivery of digital content, with a focus on bringing clients' stories to life through authentic storytelling. She collaborates with top talent on thought leadership, develops content strategies that position leaders as experts in their fields, and manages employee advocacy and engagement programs. She also leads the implementation of new technologies to improve operations and client services.

Previously, Dominique led the project management teams for several leadership development programs including EXCEL for Emerging Leaders, Intercultural Leadership Program (ILP), and the talent assessment process for high-potential leaders.

As a passionate advocate for shelter animals, Dominique volunteers at Homeward Bound Adoption Center serving residents of Camden County through the Pet Food Pantry. Dominique previously served on the Board of Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter from 2018-2020 and co-founded and co-chaired the Marketing and Communications Committee during her term.

Dominique is a Founding Member of The POWER of Professional Women, an EMPOWER-U Mentoring Circle Alumna, a Forum of Executive Women Mentoring Circle Alumna, and a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.

Dominique holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

A former member of the Marcia Hyland Dance Company, Dominique continues to pursue her love for dance by taking recreational classes in various styles at a local studio. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and walking her dog around the nearby lake.
