Executive Leadership Institute for Women (ELIW)

  • Purpose: Designed to provide senior women leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practical skills for leadership excellence.
  • Participants: Women with significant years of leadership experience (Director, VP, SVP)
  • Format: Hybrid (4 in person sessions, 7 virtual cohort meetings)
  • Duration of Program: One year

A Leadership Experience for Black Women

  • Purpose: Many Black women leaders face distinctive professional challenges that lead to feelings of misrepresentation, being overlooked for opportunities and hitting career roadblocks. This program equips talented women with the tools, strategies, and skills to navigate workplace challenges, increase their contributions to their organizations and grow their careers.
  • Participants: Ambitious and high-performing Black women at the Director level and above
  • Format: Virtual (4 virtual sessions with prominent guest speakers, 5 individual coaching sessions, 4 virtual cohort meetings)
  • Duration of Program: Six months

EXCEL for Emerging Women Leaders

  • Purpose: Focused on preparing emerging women leaders to make greater contributions to the organization.
  • Participants: Senior Managers or individual contributors entering into leadership roles
  • Format: Hybrid (1 in person session, 3 virtual sessions, 5 virtual cohort meetings, opportunities for individual connections with a Senior Consultant and to attend a networking event)
  • Duration of Program: Six months
