Beth Sinkus

Beth Sinkus is Vice President, Business Development at The Leader’s Edge. As part of the executive team Beth is focused on developing relationships and ensuring the strategy and execution of our services exceed the expectations of our clients.

Before joining the firm, Beth held positions across a multitude of industries including financial services, asset recovery, logistics and supply chain, background investigations, and recognition systems which allowed her to develop an appreciation for the various needs of organizations and their leaders. Through extensive consultation and partnership with clients, Beth develops rapport and trust within all levels of leadership. The key to her success is understanding the purpose of an organization and aligning with the goals and strategic objectives.

Beth also previously ran a consulting business, providing coaching and mentorship to organizations from non-profit organizations to start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. She has been a keynote speaker at various leadership conferences, providing expertise in areas such as strategic networking and building workplace confidence.

A graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a major in Entrepreneurial Studies & Management, Beth was a double sport athlete in field hockey and lacrosse while also running her own business. She is the Chairperson for the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Nominations Committee, a volunteer for the Downingtown West Football Boosters, and a Babson College Business Plan Evaluator.

In her spare time, she can be found cheering on her daughter at the Saint Joseph’s University softball games and her son on the football field and basketball courts at Downingtown West High School.
