Dominique SanGiovanni

Dominique SanGiovanni is Vice President, Digital at The Leader’s Edge. Dominique oversees the firm’s leadership development programs, including EXCEL for Emerging Women Leaders, Leading Up for high-performing Women and the Leadership Assessment and Development Process for high-potentials. Dominique’s main area of focus is on the participant experience for each leadership program.

Dominique leads the firm’s digital branding efforts and maintains the firm’s social media presence, while also consulting with clients on improving their own personal online brands. She supports the firm’s communication efforts by writing and editing digital marketing campaigns and designing social graphics. Dominique leads the Kudos initiative to share client and program participant accomplishments on our website and to a broader network on LinkedIn.

Dominique graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. While attending Rutgers University in New Brunswick, she successfully completed her second major in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. Dominique is a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute.

In 2018, Dominique started volunteering at Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter, a non profit organization that aims to enrich the life of shelter animals, fundraise for their medical needs, and lower the number of homeless animals locally. She served on the Board of Directors and as the Marketing Communications Co-Chair from 2019-2021.

As a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals Council, and The POWER of Professional Women, she frequently attends various events in the Greater Philadelphia area that focus on trending topics related to leadership development and career advancement for women and emerging talent.

In her free time, Dominique enjoys taking jazz and hip hop dance classes, cooking, and spending time with her dogs.
