Jessi Sheridan, ACC

Jessi Sheridan, ACC is the Vice President, Leadership Experience at The Leader’s Edge. With a deep expertise in the areas of leadership development, operations, and program management, Jessi oversees the firm’s Signature Program offerings to ensure the highest caliber of experience for participants.

Prior to joining TLE, Jessi served as the Chief Operating Officer at Delta Phi Epsilon focusing on the development and execution of the enterprise-wide strategic plan, providing governing board oversight and guidance. Jessi ensured the organization was meeting the needs of its members and seamlessly managed and fostered relationships with alumnae, donors, philanthropic partners, and stakeholders.

Jessi is a seasoned guest speaker, facilitator, and coach addressing strategies for improving overall leadership effectiveness with audiences and clients. With over 16 years of experience in higher education administration, non-profit membership organizations, and online learning startups, she has a strong track record in operations, organizational and leadership development, program management, customer service, and strategic planning.

Jessi holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science from Florida State University, and a Master Certificate in human resource management from Villanova University. She received her Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification from Brown University and ACT and is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Jessi is involved with both the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Live-Work Philadelphia, an initiative focused on enhancing the city of Philadelphia and making it a world-class city. In 2022, Jessi launched Habituelle, a women’s storytelling and empowerment platform to inspire women to reach their full potential, as an outlet for her passion around women’s leadership development.
