Kristin Condon is a Senior Consultant and brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, business analytics, and human resources management to The Leader’s Edge. With over 20 years of expertise, she specializes in working with C-Suite executives through executive coaching, high potential development, action planning, facilitation, and leading large teams towards business priorities. Kristin firmly believes in the power of combining analytics with talent strategies to create targeted and individualized action plans supported by data.

Before joining The Leader's Edge, Kristin held various leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. Her most recent role was Senior Vice President, Human Resources People Analytics at Cushman & Wakefield, where she played a pivotal role in developing the mission, strategy, and roadmap for the global organization. She successfully led merger integrations for three companies, overseeing organizational design, talent assessment, and succession planning on a global scale.

Kristin holds a BS degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, both from Loyola University Chicago. Additionally, she is certified in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.

Kristin has honed her improvisation skills through her training at Second City Chicago, where she performed short form improvisation scenes in front of live audiences. These skills have proven invaluable in her ability to deliver and guide successful presentations, facilitate discussions, and foster effective team dynamics.
