Sophia Krainyk is a Client Relations Project Manager at The Leader’s Edge. Sophia provides project management, communications, and administrative support, including managing logistics, long-term planning, and attending to timelines and details of client programs and internal meetings.
Sophia graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in Legal Studies. During her time at the University, Sophia founded and lead the Political Science Debate Society.
Prior to joining The Leader’s Edge, Sophia was the Associate Senate Sergeant at Arms for the Wisconsin State Capitol, a legal assistant at Roethe Law Firm, and a Digital Design Project Manager, totaling 4 years of diverse management experience.
In 2020, Sophia created a free-diving organization that connects divers throughout Wisconsin, promoting safety, community, and ecological conservational values.
In between all her other hobbies, Sophia is a freelance underwater photographer that specializes in high fantasy photography. She has recently been nominated for an international award and offered panel and workshop opportunities at conferences across the Midwest. The main goal of her photography is to uplift people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds, and break the stereotypes found in the high fantasy genre.
